We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who is as passionate about developing great teams as they are about delivering exceptional guest experiences.What You'll DoOperations & Service ExcellenceOversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standardsMaintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere that reflects The Heirloom Room's brand and reputationAddress guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolutionUphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards Team Leadership Lead, coach, train, and motivate front of house associates to perform at their bestManage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift executionFoster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture where people are proud to workFinancial Performance Support revenue goals and actively manage operating expensesPartner with the AATMOS F&B team on strategies to drive covers, check averages, and ancillary revenueRequirementsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of food & beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleStrong background in front of house operations and upscale or fine dining guest serviceExtensive knowledge of wine and bourbon, with the ability to guide and educate both guests and staffStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification required within 90 days of hire
