**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Lead Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing shifts, and ensuring efficient store performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Conduct shift management duties effectively
Carpentry,roofing,electrical,plumbing,masonry,windows,drywall,floors trades skilled in .
Must be able to complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in coordinating tasks
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory and sales tracking
- Assist in market analysis and planning
- Oversee inventory management processes
- Drive sales through effective store management strategies
- Handle payroll responsibilities efficiently
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Proficiency in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and financial management
