This role requires performing diagnostic radiologic and computed tomography (CT) procedures, including interventional exams, using advanced equipment. The technologist will ensure accurate image acquisition, patient safety, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of contrast administration, anatomy, pathology, and radiographic safety. Additionally, they will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.\n\nQualifications\nCertification:\nCurrent certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).\nExperience:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience performing diagnostic radiographic and CT imaging procedures.\nStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common diseases affecting radiographic imaging.\nFamiliarity with advanced imaging equipment and interventional radiography procedures.\nBackground Investigation:\nMust pass a federal background investigation prior to employment.\nSkills:\nProficiency in handling and administering contrast materials.\nAbility to operate a wide variety of imaging equipment, including fluoroscopic, portable radiography, and CT systems.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.\nResponsibilities\nImaging Operations: Perform a variety of diagnostic radiologic and CT exams, including interventional procedures like biopsies and drainages, using sterile techniques.
