client services, data processing, and production teams to ensure schedule adherence.\r\nManage workload prioritization and resource allocation.\r\nMonitor KPIs including throughput, error rates, rework, and SLA performance.\r\nEnsure production schedules and budgets are supported through workflow efficiencies.\r\nParticipate in client-facing technical discussions when needed.\r\nProcess Improvement & DocumentationDefine, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\r\nConduct workflow audits to identify inefficiencies or risk exposure.\r\nLead design and file review protocols to prevent production errors.\r\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in automation and file handling.\r\nTroubleshooting & Risk ManagementResolve complex technical issues including:Font errors\r\nData merge inconsistencies\r\nImage alignment and resolution issues\r\nRIP or output device malfunctions\r\nEscalate systemic risks and propose corrective action plans.\r\nEnsure compliance with data security and client-specific handling requirements.Vendor & Technology ManagementManage relationships with external software vendors, print technology providers, and workflow partners.\r\nEvaluate vendor performance and service levels.\r\nOversee software licensing, subscription renewals, and upgrade planning.\r\nParticipate in technology evaluations and capital investment recommendations.\r\nRequired QualificationsExperience5+ years of progressive experience in print production, prepress, layout programming, or print workflow management.\r\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\r\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume, rapid-pace print environments.\r\nTechnical ProficiencyAdvanced knowledge of:Adobe Creative Cloud\r\nCustomer Communication Management tools like Quadient Inspire, XMPie, or similar\r\nPrint servers like Fiery, Prisma, or Equios\r\nStrong understanding of:\r\nDigital print technologies\r\nVariable data printing concepts\r\nColor management workflows\r\nFile preflight and imposition standards\r\nEducationBachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, Business
