Job DutiesStart Date: mar 17, 2026End Date: Dec 01, 202648 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMMust Apply By: Jul 25, 2026The worker will perform a variety of duties associated with SOC Code 45-2092, Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse. Duties include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements, irrigation systems, mechanical equipment, buildings, fences, and other farm structures; setting up, operating, and maintaining irrigation equipment; and operating tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled equipment (including GPS-equipped machinery) such as payloaders, skid steers, spreaders, swathers, rakes, and balers to plow, harrow, fertilize, plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops including soybeans, corn, hay, and silage. Workers will load agricultural inputs; haul and spread manure, fertilizer, and other soil-conditioning materials; load harvested crops; drive trucks to transport inputs and crops to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, and piles or bags; clean work areas; and maintain farm grounds and landscaping. Workers must be able to speak and understand English.Minimum Education RequiredNoneMinimum Experience RequiredThis position requires a minimum of two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience performing the job duties listed. Workers must be able to obtain an appropriate driver's license following hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, perform repetitive movements, extensive sitting and walking, pushing or pulling, and frequent stooping and bending, and work in extreme temperature conditions. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
