Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.Summary: The Operations Support Associate - Safety and Security is responsible for working in various departments throughout the campus, providing support as needed for all areas of the organization, focusing on safety and security, guest satisfaction, and efficient operations.Essential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience in professional security, law enforcement, EMS or similar role.Demonstrated attention to detail and alertness.CPR/AED and First Aid Certification preferred.Basic building maintenance knowledge required.Proven ability to handle emergencies effectively and calmly.Strong communication skills and an ability to remain professional at all times.Solid ability with basic computer programs for creating documents.Strong orientation towards 1440 Multiversity's mission and core values and bilingual a plus.
