Summary of FunctionsSupervises and coordinates the activities of Table Games Dealers (excluding poker) to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Ensures game integrity, supports guest satisfaction, and promotes a professional and engaging gaming environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures compliance with Washington State Gaming Compact, NIGC regulations, internal controls, and company policiesSupervises assigned table games and oversees dealer performance during shiftMonitors gameplay to ensure integrity, accuracy, and adherence to rulesCorrects dealer errors and ensures proper procedures are followedOversees table operations including fills, credits, and rack maintenanceTracks player activity and supports player rating processesResolves guest disputes and escalates issues as appropriateBuilds and maintains positive guest relationships to enhance experienceApproves change-making transactions within authorized limitsEnsures appropriate player comps are issued in alignment with guidelinesEvaluates dealer performance and provides feedback and coachingMaintains protection and accountability of company assetsCommunicates effectively with leadership and team membersMaintains awareness of gaming floor activity and operational needsAdheres to attendance standards and scheduling requirementsParticipates in internal review hearings when requiredPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises Table Games Dealers. Responsibilities include training, coaching, assigning work, evaluating performance, addressing concerns, and supporting disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.ExperienceMinimum 2,000 hours of casino supervisory experience requiredMinimum 2,000 hours of dealing experience for each applicable game (blackjack, roulette, craps) requiredSkills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of table games operations and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environmentsAbility to handle guest disputes professionally and effectivelyAbility to maintain composure under pressureKnowledge of additional table games preferredEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredOther RequirementsMust demonstrate proficiency in supervised games (audition required)Must pass Basic Strategy Test every six monthsMust obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming LicenseFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust comply with drug testing and background investigation requirementsPhysical DemandsRegular standing and/or sitting for extended periodsFrequent use of hands, fingers, and repetitive motionsFrequent verbal communication in a fast-paced environmentAbility to walk and move throughout gaming floor regularlyOccasional lifting up to 20 poundsOccasional bending, stooping, or climbingRequires visual acuity including close, distance, and color visionWork EnvironmentCasino environment with exposure to tobacco smoke, noise, and lighting effectsModerate noise levels with frequent guest interactionExposure to moving mechanical parts and variable temperaturesFast-paced, high-volume environment requiring constant awarenessHiring PreferenceThe Kalispel Tribe of Indians is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
