As a Recycling Operations Specialist at EMR, you'll play a vital role in daily yard and scale operations-directing traffic, weighing and recording materials, and providing clear, courteous communication to every customer.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to stay calm and professional under pressureBasic computer proficiency for transaction recordingStrong problem-solving skills and initiative Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, recycling, waste management, or yard operations1+ year of experience working directly with the publicHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
