As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDesign, test, and validation of proximity sensors for our autonomous vehicles.\nVehicle-level integrations and complete lifecycle design from concept through production.\nFull cycle PCB design including establishing or collecting requirements, schematic design, component selection, supervision or completion of layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration with the system.\nDevelop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses that connect electronic equipment.\nProvide support and collaborate within other air vehicle subsystem development constraints.\nVendor surveys and evaluation to support sourcing for system components.\nConduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews\nBuild up and test of engine system components through lab, ground, and flight tests\nRoot cause analysis in support of field operations\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBS/MS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs.\nStrong background in circuit design, including components, and mixed-signals design.\nExperience with sensor design, build, test, and integration.\nDesign experience in UAS, power electronics, converter design, or powertrain.\nCompetence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, current-probes, and automation of tests.\nFamiliarity with standard interfaces such as CAN, I2C, SPI, etc.\nComfortable with a variety of electronic CAD tools (Altium preferred, Eagle and others acceptable)\nExperience in EMI testing.\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPerformed environmental testing in previous positions for military and/or commercial industry.\nPrevious experience designing and testing height of burst sensors for ordnance fuzing applications.\nPrevious experience designing and testing ordnance fuzing systems.\nExperience in UAS, missiles, or maritime programs.\nExperience with the DoD Weapons Safety Boards.\nExperience designing and scaling production of components at volume.\nExperience developing or testing complex electrical systems.\nExperience with MIL-STD-1316, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-2105.\nExperience with JOTP-052 and JOTP-054.\nExperience with explosive operations and/or handling munitions.\n\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
