Client is looking for an Electrical Assembler to join them.You will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and will have an onsite work schedule in Gilbert, AZ.Responsibilities:Perform soldering in accordance with IPC-J-STD on printed circuit boards, printed wire boards, and circuit card assemblies both through hole and surface mount applications.Assemble chassis and final units using circuit cards, wire harnesses, soldering/crimping tools, and precision instruments.Perform high-reliability soldering and crimping on complex sub-assemblies, including board-level repairs and jumper wire installations.Work with multi-pin connectors and assemblies to meet stringent government and customer specs.Interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and electronic work instructions.Follow ESD protocols and maintain certification standards for high-reliability soldering.Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot, rework, and improve testing procedures.Maintain cleanliness and traceability documentation for controlled programs.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly and soldering.Expertise in crimping, medical device assembly, board-level repair, and electronic units.Familiarity with J-STD, IPC 610/620 standards, and torque/crimping tools.Preferred:NASA 8739 soldering certification.Experience with avionics components (e.g., circuit card rework, coating, installation).Ability to read and work directly from engineering drawings.Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Education:High school diploma or equivalent formal
