This individual will be responsible for monitoring on-time pickup/delivery of equipment. The Dispatcher serves as the main point-of-contact for company drivers.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nTake incoming sales call and provide industry leading customer service.\nDispatch cranes for incoming and outgoing deliveries\nCrane knowledge, logistics & load chart knowledge a plus\nFamiliar with DOT oversize/overweight permits\nMicrosoft Office skills experience: Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook\nMaintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up to grow revenue.\nAbility to work individually in a fast-paced environment\nUses consistent business processes to achieve desired results\nDevelop and maintain customer relationships.\nWork with outside sales force to gain new customers.\nWork with outside sales force to maintain and grow existing customers.\nExecute specific sales initiatives as they are developed.\nRequirements:\nQualifications & Skills:\nProficient with Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Word and Excel.\nExceptional relationship-building skills\nStrong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong customer service communication skills\nDetail-oriented professional with good judgment\nAbility to multitask and remain organized\nStrong customer service communication\nVisual Dispatch/Rentalman experience a plus\nFamiliar with 3D Lift Plan\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nBachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience\nLicense & Certification\nValid Driver’s License\nWorking Conditions:\nWork is performed in an office environment, equipment shop environment, or job site.
