The Role
We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Territory Manager (TM) to lead outside sales efforts within the Public School and College markets in the Central Valley and Sacramento Regions.
This is a field-based, hunter-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing a territory. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering solutions that create real value for educational institutions.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new business across private schools and colleges
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction
and retention
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with
decision-makers
Execute strategic call plans and consistent follow-up to drive pipeline growth
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce
Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience (education or service
industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong prospecting and closing skills (“hunter” mindset)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and drive
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
(Salesforce preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary + commissions $180,000+
Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Additional Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Travel: ~25% within Northern California
Location Requirement: Must be able to commute to or relocate near Sacramento, CA
