We're bringing on a licensed P.E. to own a real book of structural and engineering consulting work — stamped drawings, master planning engagements, field observations, and technical leadership — from day one. This isn't a support role. You'll hold the pen on your projects and have direct access to both principals.\nOur work spans two modes: production and advisory. On the production side, you're designing and stamping plans and projects. On the advisory side, you're helping government and private clients think through building programs, strategy, feasibility, climate resilience, and long-range capital planning. Both tracks matter equally here, and the best candidates will be comfortable moving between them.\nOur design work happens remotely. Our fieldwork happens in person.
