Join us to help solve today’s most complex retirement challenges and make a lasting impact on our customers’ lives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of pricing metrics including return on investment, value of new business, and capital deployedEngagement with business leaders to discuss and confirm pricing strategies and approachesFinancial modeling of liability cashflow, reserve, asset return, and capital projectionSensitivity analysis across various financial and mortality scenariosIdentify opportunities to reduce risk and improve pricing for the Risk Solutions productsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, economics, or related disciplineAssociate of the Society of Actuaries 3+ years of experience in insurance or reinsuranceStrong skills using Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience pricing on life insurance productsAbility to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environmentLocation Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.The expected salary range for this position is $80,800 to $107,100 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives.
