Familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts such as data lakes, data warehouses, data pipelines, and MDM, sufficient to collaborate effectively with architects and data engineers.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n7+ years of experience in data, IT program management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a people management role leading data or technology teams.\nDemonstrated experience managing both a team of direct reports and matrixed accountability to deliver enterprise solutions at scale.\nProven track record of partnering with senior executive stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary programs using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Owner, or Azure Data certifications preferred.\n\nCompensation:\nThe base salary range for this role is $173,800 - $278,100.
