We are looking to fill multiple assembly positions on 1st and 2nd shift.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\nAvailability to work (7am-3:15pm) 1st shift or (3pm-11:15pm) 2nd shift.\nRequired: High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent.\nCommunicate with the supervisor, set up operators, and quality department to ensure common understanding of immediate issues affecting output and quality.\nProduce parts as instructed by supervisor.\nProvide justification and corrective action on all issues pertaining to poor quality.\nProduce Quality parts.\nBasic hand tool knowledge.\nFollow company procedures and policies.\nMeet time standards established for all assigned production.\nAlert any supervisor to any unsafe condition.\nAdequate control, protection, and use of the assets of the company.\nAny other duties requested by the supervisor.\n1+ year(s) experience with firearm handling experience is a plus.\nMust sign and abide by the Company's employee manual and confidentiality agreement.\nMust be able to successfully complete a background check, job physical, and drug screen.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nGood written and verbal communications skills.\nExcellent visual perception to ensure fine detail quality inspection.\nFull physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations. This position is primarily standing at a workbench most of the day. Must be able to lift and position components that weigh up to 35 pounds. Must be able to physically tolerate contact (hands) with coolants and cutting oils.\nAbility to follow work instructions.\nAbility to read and interpret production drawings.\nMust be able to adhere to quality assurance standards.\nKeep accurate records by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
