BIM Specialist - Award-winning architecture firm

Location: New York, NY Salary: $75,000 - $90,000Job Description:We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join an award-winning architecture studio in New York. This role is ideal for a motivated and technically skilled professional with a passion for digital design technologies and hands-on support of architectural project teams.The BIM Specialist will play a central role in developing and optimizing BIM workflows, training staff, modeling complex Revit geometry, and integrating consultant documentation into project models. This position offers exposure to a wide range of project types, from mid-rise to high-rise developments, with the opportunity to influence firm-wide digital design practices.The requirements of the role are:Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).2-5 years of post-graduate US experience in architectural practice.Advanced proficiency in Revit and related plug-ins/add-ins.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Dynamo preferred.Strong understanding of architectural details and construction administration.Experience across all project phases, including documentation.Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and project teams.Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.About Highline:
