About the Role: This role supports the Ads & Promotions Marketing team in developing and scaling advertising products on the platform. The Associate Manager will focus on defining product positioning, driving go-to-market strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to increase advertiser adoption and engagement. Responsibilities: • Support B2B marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement of advertising and promotions products • Develop product positioning, messaging, naming, and value propositions • Conduct research and leverage analytics to generate audience insights and inform product decisions • Partner with Product, Sales, Strategy, and Analytics teams to influence product roadmap • Lead and support go-to-market (GTM) launches for new features and products • Execute marketing programs at scale across cross-functional teams • Collaborate with customer-facing teams (Sales, Account Management) to improve advertiser experience • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Bachelors Degree Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, AdTech, or Product roles • Experience in B2B marketing and go-to-market strategy execution • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: • Experience in CPG or restaurant industry (in-house, agency, or consulting) • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools • Track record of successful product launches and driving business impact
