Legal Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Legal Contracts Manager. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including licensing and SaaS contracts Act as the primary legal contact for the Sales organization to address legal and business issues Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard form agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology-related/SaaS agreements Extensive experience with complex legal agreements Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams Experience managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of the software sales cycle and willingness to support sales teams across regions
