Additionally, the dietitian provides nutrition education to enhance clients' nutritional health and their relationship with food.\n\nThe Registered Dietitian collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop case conceptualizations and deliver coordinated eating disorder care to clients and their families or support communities.\n\nCompensation Range:\n\nRegistered Dietitian: $32.00 - $35.00\n\nFinal compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position. Should your position change, pay will be evaluated.\n\nSchedule\n\nPart-time, 0.5 FTE\nMon-Thursday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm\n\nHow Registered Dietitian Empower Recovery:\n\nEnsure the strictest adherence to professional boundaries with clients, consistently upholding ethical standards and creating a safe, respectful environment for all interactions.\nProvide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.\nOffer guidance and coaching during individual and family meals when clinically appropriate, fostering healthy eating habits and addressing disordered eating patterns.\nProvide tailored nutrition therapy to all assigned clients.\nConduct nutrition assessments for clients and their families or support communities, including involvement in Therapeutic Supported Meals/Snacks when appropriate.\nContribute to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and the development of treatment plans.\nCreate nutrition-specific transition and aftercare plans for all clients, ensuring coordination with both internal and external dietitians for continuity of care.\nDocument all nutrition care clearly, concisely, and professionally in the EHR, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.\nActively engage in treatment team discussions by sharing client assessments, family dynamics, and responses to interventions.\nContribute to holistic and integrative treatment planning through multidisciplinary case conceptualization.\nPromote effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.\nWork closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for client's post-discharge.\nParticipate in both administrative and clinical supervision sessions, proactively seeking guidance and feedback to improve professional practice.\nEngage in self-evaluation processes, actively seeking feedback from clients, peers, and colleagues to continually refine therapeutic practice.\nContribute to case consultation meetings by offering insights and receiving feedback to improve treatment approaches.\nParticipate in site-based and national Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain and enhance care standards within the organization.\nEnsure that all clinical records are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory standards.\nDeliver presentations, both internally and externally, to share knowledge and expertise on relevant clinical topics.\nStay updated with the latest advancements in eating disorder assessment and treatment by engaging in professional development, training, and reviewing current academic literature.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of all client and employee information in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.\nSafeguard proprietary company information, including trade secrets and other sensitive data, ensuring it is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.\nComplete all mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance and maintain professional competence.\nRegularly attend scheduled meetings to stay informed and contribute to the organization's goals.\nDrive clients, staff, and supplies using the company vehicle when necessary, ensuring adherence to safety and transportation protocols.\nPerform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the team's mission.\n\nEducation / License Qualifications:\n\nCurrent Registered Dietitian license in the state of employment required.\nCurrent board certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required\nMaster's Degree required, unless licensed prior to January 2024.\n\nProfessional Qualifications:\n\nDBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.\nEating Disorders treatment experience preferred\nComputer proficiency required.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills required.\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\nEmployees at Residential or Inpatient sites must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to drive.\nEmployees at Residential or Inpatient sites are required to have a current Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.\nEmployees at Residential or Inpatient sites are required to have a current First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.\nEmployees at Residential or Inpatient sites in North Carolina or Georgia are required to have a current CPI certification within 30 days of hire.\nEmployees at Residential site in Washington are required to have a Washington State Department of Health Food Handler permit within 30 days of
