The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with scheduling.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with development, maintaining, and analyze integrated critical path schedules in accordance with project specifications\nCollect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders\nAssist with monitoring project metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals\nAssist with documenting planning objectives, scope, and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes\nTrack schedule progress\nEnsure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)\n2-5 years of work experience\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with scheduling\nOrganized, detail oriented and proactive\nFamiliarity with any scheduling tool such as Primavera or MS Project\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to successfully complete any required background investigation and pre-employment screening consistent with federal contract requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience with DoD or DOE contracts\nFamiliarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment\nWork Authorization:\nU.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.\nWorking Conditions:\nThis position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
