We are seeking an experienced permanent full-time receptionist to join our Ramsay Psychology Private Practice Clinic in Coolangatta, on the QLD Gold Coast.JOIN US AND ACCESS:Flexible work practices to best match your work/life balanceProfessional Development – Grow your career across our national network!Employee assistance programAbout The RoleThe Receptionist role will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings, and taking payment for appointments.You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment.This role will may also require you to work across our Southport clinic and Ramsay Health Plus Practices when needed.What You’ll BringTo succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and the ability to create a positive first impression for our patients and their families each and every Experience in a receptionist’s roleExperience working within the healthcare/medical industryProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHigh attention to detailExceptional time management and organisational skills.Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone.RemunerationOn offer is a based hourly rate of $26.85 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications.
