This role will develop business intelligence solutions, build impactful dashboards and reports, manage client relationships, and deliver data-driven insights that support mission success across a growing analytics portfolio.\r\nRequired Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)\r\n2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field\r\nAdvanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, including:\r\nDashboard and report development\r\nDAX measures and calculations\r\nPower Query and Dataflows\r\nExperience with Power Automate\r\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel\r\nDesired Skills Strong presentation skills with experience briefing executive leadership\r\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences\r\nRequirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills\r\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently\r\nExperience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve technical challenges, and learn new technologies\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology and application development)\r\nExperience with Microsoft Power Apps\r\nExperience supporting multiple business functions or cross-functional teams\r\nAbout DAS: Defense Acquisition Support Services is a Women Owned Small Business focused on hiring the very best people in Defense Contracting.
