This job will require packaging of product and other responsibilities outside of working the sales floor. We are looking for someone to fill a part time position, evening and weekend availability is a must! We are looking for a results driven retail BudTender to be responsible for retail sales. This position will report to the general manager who has been working with the company for over a year. The successful candidate will be able to work in a highly-regulated environment, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include, but not limited to... Meet daily and weekly sales goals. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Assist customers with questions about products and opinion based questions. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Deal with issues that arise from customers. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance. Skills Proven successful experience as a retail sales person. Unafraid of POS and related software. Customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Maine resident with current valid Maine ID. Must be able to pass the background check required to become a Caregiver Assistant. Basic knowledge of cannabis. Detail-oriented and able to handle cash register in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation. The ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, prolonged standing, walking and kneeling.
