This role serves as the primary interface between the Government's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the contractor's workforce, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and full compliance with contract requirements.\nThe Program Manager is empowered to make day‑to‑day decisions on behalf of the contractor and is responsible for ensuring all services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This position is designated as Key Personnel and may not simultaneously serve in any other contractor role under this contract.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide overall program management and oversight for all contractor activities under the task order.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and contractor staff.\nLead planning, coordination, and execution of all contract requirements.\nEnsure timely delivery of all services, deliverables, and reporting obligations.\nManage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to meet mission needs.\nOversee quality assurance and risk management processes.\nSupport strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain full compliance with contract terms, policies, and performance standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of program management experience in an environment comparable to the scope and complexity described in the PWS.\nEducation\nBA/BS degree in administrative, management, communications, or a related business discipline.\nCertifications\nNone required.\nClearance\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nOther Requirements\nMust be fully empowered by the contractor to make operational decisions.\nMust not concurrently work as a contractor employee under any other task order within this contract.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nThe successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, proven experience managing complex programs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders.
