About the Opportunity:The Technical Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing complex technical programs that involve multiple interrelated projects. This position ensures program objectives align with organizational goals and business priorities. The role plays a key part in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement across programs.3. Responsibilities:Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and strategic alignmentBridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholdersOversee seamless execution of multiple related projectsIdentify and mitigate program dependencies, risks, and issuesFacilitate data-driven technical trade-off discussionsCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align program outcomesTranslate business goals into actionable program plansBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsDevelop enhanced program reporting for data-driven decisionsPromote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field5+ years in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or financial servicesProven success managing complex programs with measurable outcomesProficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS ProjectStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence abilityEffective remote work skills with leadership and adaptability5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Competitive salary in the range of $92,000 - $115,000Bonus programs and 401(k) matchEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)6.
