We give retailers the capabilities necessary to run their operation both efficiently and profitably.The Updates Deployment Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, scheduling and performing client software updates in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be organized and be able to maintain a productive schedule while also being detail-orientated to perform software updates accurately and reliably. The candidate should also be able to communicate clearly to clients and other internal staff members through means of emails, forms, and phone calls, escalating to the department manager as necessary.Key responsibilities include:Review and schedule client software updates in a timely mannerFollow established processes for documentation and tracking of updatesProvide satisfactory communication with clients to guide them through the updates processEscalate issues to the technical support team, development team, project manager and department manager as necessaryResponsible for other duties as assigned by manager to meet business needsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 5+ years of equivalent experienceSQL programming and relational database knowledgeAbility to start work at around 7am ET and occasionally earlier as requiredAbility to occasionally work late nights and weekends as requiredStrong attention to detail and quality of workPreferred qualifications:Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Apache Tomcat, and Java is preferredExperience with retail software or providing technical support in small/medium business applicationsCompensation: Competitive salary with major growth potential, medical benefits, 401K, flexible spending account, 15 PTO days annually, optional dental/optical coverage.
