Join Our Collaborative Team!We Are Currently Seeking a Full-Time Hygienist!Location: 2 Science Court, Madison, WI 53711Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and FridayCompensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!We offer Arestin, iTero, and continuing education coverage!Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more!Our organization is the largest dental support entity in the nation, providing essential non-clinical administrative assistance to over 3,000 doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia, operating in more than 1,900 dental offices. Each office we support is tailored to the community it serves, with supported doctors maintaining full clinical autonomy and establishing their own care philosophies. All professionals within our network share a unified mission: to deliver top-notch dental care and exceptional patient experiences.In certain states, hygienists work for a supported professional corporation (PC) and are not directly employed by our organization.As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as a premier clinical provider and advocate for patients. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided.
