We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills.\nPurpose of Position: Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution. Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMaterial Transport & Equipment Operation:\nTransport raw materials and in-process assemblies to specific production areas on schedule to maintain workflow\nEnsure materials are delivered to production areas in the correct quantity and condition to support production schedules\nSafely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists\nPerform pre-use safety inspections on equipment and conduct basic operator maintenanc\nInventory Control & Tracking:\nCatalog, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations\nUtilize (ERP) systems or inventory software to update stock levels, log work orders, and track material movement\nMaintain inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP system\nConduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy and prevent stockouts\nAssist with investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and physical inventories\nUtilize material pick lists for preparing kits for production\nCreates & submits proper documentation as required\nEnter received goods into the inventory system as per existing policies & procedures\nReport discrepancies or anomalies of incoming goods/cycle counts per procedures\nIssue materials to work orders per the pick lists in ERP system\nSafety & Workplace Maintenance:\nAdhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and facility protocols\nMaintain a clean, organized work environment to eliminate safety hazards and optimize space\nOther duties as assigned\nEducational Requirement:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification\nWritten & oral aptitude in English\nQualifications and Experience:\nA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role\nStrong mathematical aptitude\nExperience with working with ERP and Inventory Management Systems\nAbility to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, receiving documents, and inventory reports\nStrong administrative skills\nConscientious and punctual\nOccupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage\nAvailability to work overtime including weekends and evenings when necessary\nOutstanding organizational and communication skills\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:\nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of what an employee must possess to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
