This role involves developing test automation frameworks and templates for consumption by development teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery. This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that is at the forefront of test automation, development, and QA practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and templates for use by development teams.Collaborate with developers to understand their needs and provide tools to facilitate efficient testing.Ensure the integration of test automation frameworks with existing CI/CD pipelines.Conduct component-level testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for testing and QA.Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolutionContinuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks to keep up with industry standards and technological advancements.Create and implement automated processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability.Qualifications3+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience2+ years of test automation frameworks and tools-building experienceExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, Shell, Golang, C++, or C#, including object-oriented designExperience with cloud orchestration engines such as Kubernetes.Ensure the integration of test automation frameworks with existing CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.Experience with component-level testing and test automation tools.Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and WindowsPassion for software architecture, APIs, and high-performance extensible softwareProven mastery in building scalable and resilient systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders.Health system or other highly regulated environment experience is preferred.APPLICATION PROCESSInterested candidates should apply today.
