If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software features with a focus on rapid execution and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nBuild intuitive user experiences that simplify complex design-to-production workflows\nTranslate business and production requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions\nReview code and contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term platform growth\nDevelop automated validation systems to analyze and improve customer CAD files prior to production\nBuild tools that detect errors, enforce manufacturability constraints, and reduce production friction\nImprove system reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and performance optimization\nModel and optimize relational database schemas for performance and scalability\nImprove query performance and application responsiveness under high order volume\nEnsure data integrity, security, and maintainability across services\nPartner cross-functionally with Product, Production, Design, and Support to identify high-impact improvements\nMentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve release velocity and reliability\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine engineering processes\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field\n5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality software\n3+ years of experience with modern web architectures such as Ruby on Rails or Python/Django\n3+ years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue or React\nExperience building and deploying full-stack web applications end-to-end\nStrong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization\nExperience writing well-tested, maintainable code and implementing automated testing strategies\nAbility to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
