With a commitment to client success, the team of experienced financial representatives and advisors strives to provide personalized support tailored to specific needs.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Financial Client Services Admin, based in either Brentwood or Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, facilitating communication between clients and financial advisors, and assisting with the preparation of financial documents. You will also help ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes to support the overall efficiency and success of the organization.QualificationsClient Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships and ensure client needs are met effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills for professional client interactions and maintaining a positive client experienceBasic knowledge of Finance to assist with financial documentation and processesDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in relevant office software and financial tools such as eMoney, Money Guide Pro and SalesForceBachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-4 years of work experience in the financial services industry is preferred
