The Purchasing Manager will oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring cost-effective and timely supply of resources. The role will include monitoring budgets, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to support project timelines and goals. Collaboration with internal teams, such as construction and design, to ensure alignment of purchasing strategies with company objectives will also be critical.QualificationsProven experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and Supply Chain ManagementStrong Negotiation, Vendor Relationship Management, and Budgeting skillsKnowledge of Construction Materials and Practices specific to the home-building industryExcellent Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Analytical skillsProficiency in using procurement and project management softwareAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience in the home-building industry or similar, including familiarity with local suppliers, is highly desirable
