Responsibilities include modeling and simulation development, real‑time simulation, programming, scenario development, integration, testing, and event execution. The engineer will interface directly with United States Government customers and other contractors.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPlan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.\n\nEvaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility of all interfaces.\n\nDevelop and manage requirements, risk, issues and technology readiness assessment processes.\n\nResolve cross‑functional technical issues.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications include:\n\nBachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.\n\n4+ years related work experience or equivalent education and experience.\n\nWorking knowledge of MATLAB.\n\nExperience with AFSIM or other simulation tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPrior military or DoD civilian experience.\n\nEffective communication with military operators and contractors.\n\nExperience developing technical requirements from written and verbal guidance.\n\nWorking knowledge of GIT.\n\nLocation and Travel\nBerkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time, domestically and/or internationally.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nAbility to obtain U.S. Security Clearance. Final U.S. Top Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
