In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory, operating forklift, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help us maintain efficient distribution workflows, uphold inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation within a fast-paced environment.\n*Must be able to read and write Korean, as a significant portion of business communication is conducted via email in Korean.*\nDuties\nAssist with inventory management, including stock counting, tracking, and reconciliation.\nOperate heavy equipment such as reach forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and materials handling.\nSupport shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and preparing items for shipment through proper packaging and labeling.\nConduct order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely dispatch of products.\nMaintain accurate inventory control by organizing stock in designated areas, stocking shelves, and conducting regular cycle counts.\nCollaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize distribution processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.\nMonitor and follow up on shipping orders, and provide shipping information and tracking updates to customers in a timely manner.\nExperience\nPrior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to warehouse distribution or manufacturing settings.\nDemonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts.\nKnowledge of inventory control procedures including stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving.\nExperience with materials handling equipment like pallet jacks and mechanical tools used in construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous.\nExperience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock management enhances your fit for this role\nPrevious warehouse experience or roles involving warehouse management systems will be considered a plus.
