If you thrive on building clean data pipelines, producing meaningful statistical analyses, and translating complex results into dashboards that drive action, this is your role.What You'll Do:Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL to create analytical datasetsPerform data quality control, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and transparency throughoutConduct statistical analysis – descriptive stats, hypothesis testing, and regression modelingDevelop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Shiny, or R Markdown that enhance storytelling and interpretationCollaborate across teams to define metrics, analytical plans, and output requirementsManage multiple projects, estimate timelines, and deliver results on scheduleMaintain data security and governance compliance across all workWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Epidemiology, or related field3-5 years of experience in data analysis or data management (graduate training may substitute)Fluency in R and/or Python for data science tasksProficiency in SQL and relational database conceptsExperience delivering data pipelines, reports, visualizations, or dashboardsStrong grasp of statistical concepts – standard errors, hypothesis testing, bias-variance tradeoffs, regressionFamiliarity with Git, Databricks, or cloud-based data engineering tools preferredHealthcare data experience a plus – EHR, claims data, CQL, HL7 Benefits The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
