Our C.A.R.E. values—Conscientious Work, Accurate Reporting, Responsive Service, and Engaged Teamwork—guide everything we do.\n\nWe are seeking a CMT Manager to join our growing team. This role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing field and laboratory testing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLeadership & Management (LMA): Lead, manage, and hold accountable all field and lab personnel.\n\nProject Management: Oversee estimating, proposals, scheduling, quality control, reporting, and client satisfaction.\n\nP&L Ownership: Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.\n\nSafety Leadership: Promote and enforce a culture of safety across field and lab operations.\n\nLaboratory Management: Oversee daily operations of the materials testing lab to maintain compliance and accuracy.\n\nTraining & Certifications: Develop and support Field/Lab staff through training, certifications, and career advancement.\n\nPerformance Metrics: Monitor and improve gross margins (GM%) across Field and Lab operations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProven leadership and project management experience in construction or a related industry.\n\nStrong organizational, scheduling, and client-relations skills.\n\nHigh School Diploma plus a minimum of 5 years of construction leadership experience.\n\nValid driver’s license with a clean MVR.\n\nLegal authorization to work in the United States.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFive (5) years of experience managing a combination of the following services:\n\nSampling and testing of concrete/mortar/grout in field and laboratory settings\n\nReinforcing steel inspections (footings, drilled shafts, slabs, decks, walls, columns, etc.)\n\nSoils sampling, field density testing, and laboratory testing\n\nProof-rolling observations\n\nFoundation bearing grade observations\n\nDrilled shaft inspections\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Geology, or related field.\n\nProfessional Engineer (P.E.), Engineer Intern (E.I.), or NICET, ACI, ICC, or ODOT certifications.\n\nHowever, we will train the right applicant with proven leadership and construction project management experience.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary Range: Competitive Salary based on experience.\n\nBenefits Package Includes:\n\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\n\nRetirement savings plan\n\nPaid time off\n\nCell phone allowance\n\nYear-end performance bonuses\n\nWhy Join AIMRIGHT?\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to lead a values-based, growth-oriented organization with a clear career path.
