Our mission is to promote growth, independence, and a high quality of life for the individuals we serve.\r\nJob Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and an Assistant Program Manager at one of our residential sites. This key leadership role ensures quality care and support for students by coordinating staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and actively engaging with students in school, home, and community settings. Ideal candidates will be hands-on leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for team development, therapeutic support, and making a meaningful impact.\r\nKey Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Staff Supervision Supervise and mentor DSPs and Assistant Program Manager through coaching, modeling, and performance feedback\r\nFacilitate team meetings and conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with staff\r\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes\r\nCoordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to staffing ratios\r\nStudent Support & Treatment Implementation Provide direct support to students across home, school, and community settings\r\nTeach and model daily living, self-care, social, and coping skills\r\nSupport and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams\r\nParticipate in school classrooms and assist with educational goals and behavior management\r\nProgram Operations & Coordination Oversee daily routines, activity schedules, and special events\r\nMonitor and manage program supplies, budget tracking, and expense reporting\r\nEnsure documentation accuracy including communication logs, incident reports, data collection, and treatment progress\r\nAssist with medication reviews and report behavioral observations\r\nCommunication & Compliance Maintain open communication with internal teams, including teachers, therapists, and leadership\r\nEnsure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for students and staff\r\nAdhere to all safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies\r\nPromote a respectful, team-focused culture centered on student growth and staff success\r\nSchedule Full-time, primarily 1st or 2nd shift with flexibility to meet program needs\r\nIncludes rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call duties\r\nMust be responsive to coverage needs and emergencies\r\nComprehensive Employee Benefits Package At Genesee Lake School , a MyPath Company, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being, financial security, and professional growth.
