Junior Attorney

We are seeking a junior-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a growing practice in North Carolina. This role will support a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters.Responsibilities:Assist with drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, and loan documentsConduct due diligence, including title and survey reviewSupport closings and coordinate with clients, lenders, and opposing counselProvide general transactional support on commercial real estate mattersQualifications:1–3 years of commercial real estate or related transactional experienceActive North Carolina law license (required)Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
