The DSO model leaves independent, licensed practitioners free to concentrate on guest care.Job SummaryThe Learning and Performance Specialist is responsible for providing training consultation to company leaders, designing and delivering training content in a variety of formats, and facilitating both in-house and off-the-shelf content. This role also includes managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate content deployment, user administration, and reporting. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing training documentation, manuals, and other learning resources. The candidate must have 3+ years in a corporate training role developing learning solutions for all levels of the organization. Occasional travel is required.Working ConditionsThis role is remote eligible, but preference is given to candidates in the following Metro areas - Dallas, TX, Ft.
