We develop AI products that operationalize AI across enterprises operating in complex regulatory environments. We partner with other NTT companies (NTT DATA Inc, NTT DATA Japan, NTT Docomo) to ensure successful deployment to NTT clients. Our clients benefit from AIVista’s deep product AI expertise combined with the industry domain and systems integration experience of NTT DATA.\nRole Description\nThe Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of technical architecture and large-scale program execution. This individual will own the end-to-end delivery of AIVista’s most complex, cross-functional AI platform initiatives — across enterprise clients in regulated industries including insurance, financial services, and healthcare.\nThis role requires deep technical fluency combined with the organizational influence and strategic clarity to drive alignment across engineering, science, product, data, compliance, and client-facing teams.\nThe Principal TPM does not simply track milestones — they define program structure, resolve architectural ambiguities, eliminate systemic blockers, and set the delivery standard for the organization.\nCore Responsibilities\nOwn the technical program strategy, roadmap, and delivery execution for flagship AIVista platform initiatives maintaining clarity on scope, dependencies, milestones, and risks across all workstreams.\nDefine and drive program structure from inception through production: decompose ambiguous, multi-year initiatives into executable phases with clear decision gates, owners, and success metrics.\nServe as the primary technical authority within the program office — deeply engaging with AI/ML architecture, data platform design, API contracts, and infrastructure decisions to identify cross-cutting risks before they become delivery blockers.\nLead cross-organizational alignment across engineering, product management, data science, compliance, security, and enterprise client teams; drive decisions in the absence of full consensus using sound technical and business judgment.\nEstablish and maintain program-level governance artifacts: architecture decision records (ADRs), risk and dependency registers, and executive program status communications calibrated for both technical and C-suite audiences.\nRepresent AIVista in client-facing program reviews and architecture discussions with enterprise clients; hold credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders.\nDrive rigorous operational and compliance readiness for all platform releases, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, NAIC Model AI Bulletin, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, and ISO/IEC 42001.\nIdentify systemic process gaps and build scalable delivery infrastructure — tooling, templates, escalation paths, and cross-team norms — that raises the execution standard across the entire AIVista engineering organization.\nMentor senior engineers and technical leads on program management craft; model technical depth, written clarity, and structured thinking as an organizational standard.\nPartner with executive leadership to define quarterly and annual planning cycles, shape investment decisions, and synthesize program health into actionable strategic insight.\nQualifications\n10+ years of technical program management experience shipping large-scale, distributed systems or AI/ML platform products in a product-focused technology company.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated ability to own and deliver multi-year, multi-team programs with significant technical complexity and ambiguity — from problem definition through production.\nDeep technical fluency in AI/ML systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed data platforms, and API-driven service design; sufficient depth to challenge technical assumptions, evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and identify architectural risks independently.\nProven track record of driving alignment and executing delivery across engineering, product, legal/compliance, and external client organizations without direct authority.\nExperience developing program governance structures, executive-level communication artifacts, and quantitative risk management frameworks at scale.\nStrong written communication skills: capable of producing architecture narrative documents, program strategy memos, and decision briefs that are clear, concise, and credible to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. • Experience delivering AI platforms or agentic infrastructure products (e.g., LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, model governance, or intelligent document processing) in regulated enterprise environments (financial services, insurance, or healthcare).\nHands-on familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing enterprise AI: EU AI Act, NAIC Model AI Bulletin, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, or ISO/IEC 42001.\nTrack record of operating as a force-multiplier: systematically improving delivery infrastructure, codifying best practices, and elevating the program execution capability of engineering organizations.\nExperience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), observability-driven delivery\n(OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing), or model governance frameworks in production AI systems.\nPrior client-facing program leadership at enterprise scale (Fortune 500 or equivalent), with experience owning executive relationships and presenting program status at the CTO or CIO level.\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe estimated annual base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000USD. Total compensation may also include variable pay in the form of an annual target bonus and other cash incentives up to 70% of base. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, business needs, and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) plan\nSignificant Company HSA contribution\nPaid holidays and flexible PTO\nNTT DATA AIVista is an equal opportunity employer.
