Learn more about our benefits .\n\nTechnical Program Manager (TPM) - this is an individual contributor role\n\nLocation: Santa Clara CA\n\n100% onsite (not remote or hybrid)\n\nPosition Summary\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on manufacturing readiness, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to drive technical programs from concept through implementation.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with technical expertise in manufacturing operations, supplier quality, product lifecycle management, and engineering collaboration.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.\n\nLead complex technical programs involving manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain organizations.\n\nProvides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.\n\nIdentifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.\n\nDrive supplier qualification and alternate source development initiatives to improve business continuity and reduce supply risk.\n\nEvaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.\n\nManage technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate engineering change implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.\n\nFacilitate root cause investigations and corrective action plans with suppliers and internal teams.\n\nDevelop and track program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.\n\nDrive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.\n\nPresent program status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.\n\n7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, or Supply Chain.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.\n\nExperience working with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\n\nExperience managing technical risks and driving issue resolution.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nSupply Chain & Semiconductor Domain - Preferred Commodity Experience: Sensors/Process Power/PCBA.\n\nExperience with supplier development and qualification programs.\n\nPMP or equivalent project management certification.\n\nExperience working with global suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\nDemonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\nInterprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services\n\nLeadership\n\nMay lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity\n\nProblem Solving\n\nLeads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions\n\nImpact\n\nImpacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\nCommunicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view\n\nAdditional Information\n\nTime Type:\n\nFull time\n\nEmployee Type:\n\nAssignee / Regular\n\nTravel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\nRelocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
