The Data & Reporting Architect will translate business requirements developed by a Senior Financial SME/PMO Architect into implementable data, reporting, integration, and dashboard requirements. You will work closely with internal IT and Data Lake teams, business stakeholders, and a Technical Analyst responsible for developing reporting outputs.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative professional who is comfortable working across Finance, Program Management, and executive stakeholders while partnering with IT, data engineering, and BI/reporting teams to turn complex or ambiguous needs into clear, actionable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTranslate approved business designs and requirements into clear technical requirements for data, reporting, integrations, dashboards, and analytics.\nCoordinate with internal IT and Data Lake teams to define data queries, source connections, refresh schedules, data mappings, and integration logic.\nPartner with IT to define and support dashboard security, user access, and reporting governance requirements.\nDefine and document the business process for collecting, validating, and publishing contract forecasting data.\nSupport testing activities, including RTP testing, after approved updates are incorporated into source systems.\nGuide and support a Technical Analyst in building, refining, validating, and maintaining dashboard and reporting outputs.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for business rules, data mappings, report definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic to enable longterm sustainment by internal teams.\nParticipate in working sessions, design reviews, stakeholder interviews, requirementsvalidation meetings, and integrated deliveryteam activities.\nSupport prototype development, report wireframes, dashboard mockups, and iterative stakeholder reviews.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize forecasting and reporting processes while maintaining flexibility for programspecific requirements.\nBuild strong working relationships across Finance, Program Management, executive leadership, IT, data, and reporting teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.\n510 years of professional experience in data architecture, reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines.\nDemonstrated experience architecting data and reporting solutions, including data modeling, query design, dashboard development, and reporting requirements definition.\nExperience working with enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses, or similar environments.\nExperience coordinating with IT and data engineering teams on data access, security, integration, mappings, and refresh processes.\nStrong working knowledge of reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.\nAbility to translate business requirements into detailed, implementable technical specifications.\nExperience supporting financial management, program or contract forecasting, PMO reporting, or related operational reporting environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong documentation skills, including requirements documentation, business rules, report specifications, and datamapping artifacts.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fastpaced tigerteam or integrated delivery environment.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this federal program.\nAbility to successfully complete a background check.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting financial forecasting systems, program management reporting tools, RTP, or comparable contract forecasting platforms.\nFamiliarity with enterprise reporting security, rolebased access controls, and dataaccess governance.\nPrior experience in consulting, PMO, financial transformation, or integrated implementation engagements.\nExperience mentoring, directing, or providing technical guidance to BI analysts, reporting analysts, or
