Apply now!\n\nMachine Operator Responsibilities:\n\nOperating all assigned equipment in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, GMP’s, and job specifications\nMonitoring and operating beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers to ensure optimal performance and product quality\nPerforming equipment start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns in a safe and efficient manner\nConducting routine inspections and identifying mechanical issues; promptly reporting concerns to maintenance and leadership\nPerforming clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards\nAccurately documenting production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks per protocols\nEnsuring all finished products meet company quality standards for volume, labeling, packaging, coding, and appearance\nTroubleshooting minor equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to minimize downtime and maintain production flow\nMonitoring production lines for jams or material issues and taking corrective action as needed\nAssisting with proper line setup and ensuring correct materials are used\nPerforming regular case inspections to verify product quality and compliance\nMaintaining clean and organized work area\nSupporting team operations across production lines as needed to ensure smooth workflow\nCompleting all required documentation accurately and thoroughly\n\nRequirements for Machine Operator:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred\nPrior manufacturing experience preferred\nKnowledge of QMS, food safety standards, and GMP’s\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions\nStrong attention to detail with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues\nEffective communication and teamwork skills\nWillingness to get forklift certified\nAbility to stand/walk for 8-10 hours in a fast-paced environment; lift/move 50 pounds frequently\n\nIND045\n\nQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
