Job ID: 89838-1 Job Title: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Technical Lead Location: Santa Clara, CA/ Austin,TX Duration: 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $35 - $38/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce FSL solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, Field Service Lightning, integrations, and solution architecture while leading global teams and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable field service solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) projects from design through deployment and support.Design, develop, and customize FSL solutions to support scheduling, dispatching, field operations, and mobile workforce management.Configure and maintain core FSL components including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Scheduling Policies, and Optimization features.Develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP web services with external enterprise applications.Build and optimize automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, Apex Triggers, and Workflow capabilities.Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams across global locations.Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams.Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of Salesforce development experience.3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce platform development.Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning data models.Experience configuring FSL mobile applications and field service processes.Expertise in Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Apex Triggers, and Process Automation.Experience managing and coordinating global delivery teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certifications.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications. Leadership & Soft SkillsProven experience leading technical teams and large-scale Salesforce projects.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.
