Join us and be a key player in elevating the standards of aviation recruiting excellence.What you'll do:Ensure Compliance: Verify that all pre-employment documentation and requirements meet industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards.Coordination: Collaborate with Recruiting teams, Legal, Recruiting Vendors (RPOs) and Operational teams to gather and review necessary pre-employment documents and certifications and facilitate speedy, compliant clearances.Engage with Stakeholders: Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the pre-employment process, addressing questions, providing guidance on compliance requirements, and ensuring a smooth experience.Update Process Documents: Assist in updating and implementing company policies and procedures related to pre-employment compliance.Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes to ensure ongoing compliance.Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:1-2 Years experience in Human Resources, Pre-Employment or Recruiting functions. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
