Come grow with us.\nWhat you'll be doing\nThe Videographer is a key member of the Marketing Communications team responsible for producing high-quality video and multimedia content that supports ERC Pathlight's brand, marketing, and communication objectives across B2B and B2C audiences. This role collaborates closely with Creative, Digital, Strategy, Clinical, and executive stakeholders to concept, capture, and deliver compelling, brand-aligned video content, including patient stories, clinical education, and enterprise initiatives.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nVideo, Sound, Photography, Digital Production / Editing\nCapture high-quality video and audio content for digital, web, social, and internal platforms\nLead end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, scripting and storyboarding support, filming, editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery\nSet up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location shoots\nEnsure all content aligns with ERC Pathlight brand, visual identity, and messaging standards\nScript Writing / Coordination\nCollaborate with creative, clinical, and marketing partners to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives\nSupport scripting, interview preparation, and story development for brand, educational, and documentary-style content\nStrategy, Planning and Project Management\nManage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting department timelines and priorities\nContribute ideas for video-first campaigns, evergreen educational content, and storytelling opportunities\nHelp develop scalable workflows, templates, and asset-management processes\nMaintain organized file structures, archives, and video libraries\nTalent and Location Scouting / Management\nDirect on-camera talent, including clinicians, patients, actors, and executives, with professionalism and clarity\nCoordinate logistics related to talent, locations, releases, and production needs\nLivestream and E-Learning Support\nSupport livestreams, online education, and larger production initiatives, including multi-camera setups when needed\nInternal Marketing Support\nProvide video and multimedia support for internal communications, meetings, and enterprise initiatives\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor's degree in film, broadcasting, media studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (PREFFERED)\nREQUIREMENTS:\n4–5+ years of professional videography and video editing experience\nProficiency with professional camera systems (Canon, Blackmagic, or equivalent)\nExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop\nStrong understanding of lighting, composition, audio capture, and production best practices\nExperiencing negotiating and managing contracts with talent, locations, freelancers and contracted resources\nProven experience directing on-camera talent, including executives and subject-matter experts\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nStrong spoken, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally\nDemonstrated understanding of digital media best practices, trends, and audience engagement\nCommitment to ethical storytelling, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance; ability to partner with legal and compliance teams prior to content release\nWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time and frequent nights/weekends.\nPreferred Qualities:\nPortfolio demonstrating brand, documentary, interview-driven, or educational storytelling\nStrong storytelling instincts with an editor's eye and attention to detail\nExperience working in trauma-informed, patient-centric, or healthcare-related content environments\nWorking knowledge of motion graphics, captions, accessibility standards, and multi-camera interview setups\nExperience supporting corporate events, livestreams, or larger-scale productions\nComfortable working with corporate leadership, medical professionals, and patient communities\nLocation & Schedule\nThis position is primarily remote. However, in accordance with company policy, candidates who reside within a 35-mile radius of ZIP code 80230 (Denver area) will follow a hybrid schedule:\nRemote: Mondays and Fridays\nOn-site: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays\nThe compensation range for the Videographer role is $60,000-$82,000 annually.
