The primary role of the team is to develop and maintain a single, multi-year view of resource demand across the company that will provide transparency in to needs to meet critical commitments, guide cross prioritization discussions and transparency in to cross functional impacts from future efforts. The team will accomplish this by creating strong partnerships with our functional area partners, understanding opportunities and synergies on how we work and interact cross functionally and offer guidance and subject matter expertise on ways to approach resource planning. Position Summary Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. Work location will be determined by hiring leader and successful candidate. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $114,000 Bay Area Maximum: $182,000 And/Or California Minimum: $108,000 California Maximum: $173,000 Job Responsibilities Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross- functional impact. Applies advanced knowledge to wide- ranging issues. Develops innovative data solutions to address complex business issues. Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders. Develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives. Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E. Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives. Qualifications Minimum: BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience Job-related experience, 6 years Desired: Graduate Degree or equivalent experience #featuredjob
