(Our lift limit is 65lbs)\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen\nFocus on safety and quality production\nBasic computer knowledge\nStrong communication skills\nPositive attitude and a willingness to learn\n\nPhysical Work and Work Environment:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor. The team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must repetitively lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment.\nTeam members are also required to frequently talk and hear.
