OverviewJoin our client as an LPN/LVN where you will provide essential clinical support in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a team and have a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities● Performs blood draws, injections, child immunizations, lab tests and other procedures within scope of certification● Assists physician in examinations, including taking blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration● Keeps rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies● Takes and returns patient phone calls as directed by Physician● Gives instructions to patients as instructed by physician● Requisitions supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock● Assists with the maintenance of the medical record including completion of referral forms, lab slips, and other documentation● Assists patients getting to and from exam rooms and prepares them for exams● Assists with any nursing procedure as directed by the Physician● Works as a member of a team and is flexibleQualificationsRequiredAssociate degree or higherANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
